Whether you’re booking a private tour or purchasing a self-guided audio tour or merchandise, we’re here to provide a smooth process and excellent service.  Here’s everything you need to know about our refund, return, and cancellation policies, all in full compliance with Hawaii State Law.

Private Tours: Our private tours are tailored to give you a unique and personal experience. We know plans can change, so here’s what you can expect if you need to make adjustments:

  • 95% Refund Policy: If you need to cancel, we offer a 95% refund if you let us know at least 72 hours before your scheduled tour. This helps us manage our schedule and continue providing top-quality experiences for all of our guests.
  • No Refunds Within 72 Hours: Unfortunately, if you cancel within 72 hours of your tour, we cannot offer a refund. We reserve this time just for you, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to accommodate other guests.
  • Rescheduling: We’re happy to reschedule your tour if you need to! We have limited availability, so the earlier you reach out, the better. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new plans, but please understand we may not be able to offer rescheduling on short notice.
  • Third-Party Policies: Some activities in your private tour, such as those at Kualoa Ranch or Pearl Harbor, are run by third parties, and they have their own reschedule, refund, and return policies. These policies are beyond our control, so we recommend reviewing them directly with the respective vendors. We’re happy to assist if you have any questions.
  • Expected Timeline for Refunds: If you cancel within the terms of our policy, we’ll begin to process your refund within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

 

Self-Guided Audio Tours: We want you to have an enjoyable and easy experience with our self-guided audio tours. Please note:

  • No Refunds: Since self-guided audio tours are delivered via one-time-use redemption codes, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the code has been used. Please be sure to review all details before completing your purchase.

 

Tour Merchandise: We want to make sure you’re happy with any merchandise purchased during your Oahu vacation ,tours, and gifts experience.

  • Eligibility for Returns: You can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase if it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We’re happy to assist with exchanges or refunds if the item doesn’t meet your expectations.
  • Exchanges and Refund Requests: If you need to exchange an item or request a refund, please reach out to us. We’ll get back to you and make the process easy.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If we issue a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total.
  • Shipping Recommendations: For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is safely delivered. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right:

Reservations for tours are generally made in advance with a credit card. A few exceptions may apply, but in all cases:

Money Is Received as It Is Received: Please note that payment is always due in advance, and no booking or product is secured until payment is made. Once we receive payment, your tour or product is officially booked.

Third-party vendors, such as Kualoa Ranch or Pearl Harbor provide some of our services and activities. These vendors have their own rescheduling, refund, and return policies, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to review their policies directly for further details, but we’re happy to assist with any questions.
