Pearl Harbor National Memorial encompasses five distinct historic sites spread across the harbor. Most visitors come for the USS Arizona Memorial. This humbling memorial sits directly above the sunken battleship and the 1,177 sailors and Marines still interred below.

Pearl Harbor National War Memorial Exhibits

The surrounding sites add depth to that story: the Battleship Missouri surrender deck shows where the war ended, the Aviation Museum explains how the Pacific air campaign reversed Japan’s early advantage. Most visitors budget two to three hours and leave wishing they had more time. But the submarine museum only takes about an hour.

The Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum alone takes two hours if you read the panels, eat, and explore the terrace. Plus, kids can fly the 360-degree simulator and even climb into a real cockpit. For everything, plan a full day and arrive by 7 am for the best experience.

We can help you appreciate the best must-see sites with a Private Pearl Harbor Tour. Our years of experience ensure you get the most from your visit. You can also customize your tour to explore other nearby significant locations. Check out some answers to common questions.

Generally, yes. Or should we say Admiralty? Sorry bad joke.

But if you’re hoping to visit the USS Utah, you need advanced planning, quick fingers, and a bit of luck. Only 75 civilians get to visit each week through the Pearl Harbor Bus Tour. Also, remember that the U.S. Navy controls the shuttle boat launch and can close access to Ford Island anytime. So, as always, it’s good to stay flexible. But one of the perks of a guide is weʻve seen all that before and can respond quickly.

Believe it or not, there’s plenty more to explore at Pearl Harbor that we haven’t listed here, especially if you’re Military. Feel free to reach out in advance with any questions. While we can always stop by, timing is key to making the most of your visit.
Absolutely. Pearl Harbor is one of the most popular attractions in the World and an active military base. While we handle most of the logistics, the regulations at the National Park are simple for visitors. The main request is to avoid bringing bags unless they contain medical supplies.
The Visitor Center, Road to War and Attack Museums, and standby seats to the Arizona Memorial are all free to the public. There are also a variety of paid attractions and extras throughout the National Memorial that you can choose to visit during this trip or save for next time.

There’s a lot to explore and learn. The National Park’s website has detailed rules and regulations, as well as more about what to expect at Pearl Harbor. You can also reserve your Arizona Memorial tickets in advance on the only official site.

Of course, if you have any questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
